How to file an objection

It may occur that you receive a copyright claim, even though you have properly licensed the music. Don't worry, the licenses are legally safe.

There are manly two reasons why you might get a copyright claim:

1. The software that monitors copyright claims has misidentified the track.
2. Someone has illegally registered one of our tracks with a fingerprinting service.

Please proceed as follows:

File an objection by scrolling to "Copyright Notice" and click on "SEE DETAILS" next to the video. Then click on "Dispute"

1. Select "My dispute isn't based on any of the reasons above. I would still like to dispute this Content ID claim.". The proceed with "CONTINUE".
2. Select “License” for the reason you're disputing the claim and click “CONTINUE”.
3. Select "I have permission to use the content from the copyright owner". And again proceed with "CONTINUE".

Under "Review requirements", enter the following text:
I have licensed this music from www.guided-meditation-music.com.
Here is my license:
Now copy the content of your license here.
Finally, sign and send.

Click on "Restore Audio

Now, a bit of patience is needed. Usually it takes a few days for the copyright claim to expire. We have not yet had a case where the claim was not withdrawn.
