Ethereal

This is a particular work, in which specific techniques are used. On the one hand, all the instruments are retuned from the well-tempered tuning to a natural one. The other is that the piece is composed on pentatonic scales. With these two ingredients a hypnotically archaic atmosphere is created that is both transcendent and earthybound. Archaic in this sense describes being in tune with the natural vibrations of Mother Earth.
